We have over 55 different fireplaces on display in our showroom, with live gas fires electric fires and an ever increasing number of Multifuel stoves and other coal and wood burning appliances.

Fireplaces may also be made to measure with exiting "Hole in the wall" designs, even with mounting a television over a wide Black Granite fireplace, ( on view in the showroom)

Our best advice is to take your time, shop around and enjoy the experience of buying a fireplace, but as we often discover, our main source of sales is recommendations, and leaving every one of our customer with the wow factor.

Advice On Buying from the internet

In our experience at buying on the internet, savings can be made in some areas such as Brand Name Electric fires, but, with almost any other fireplace component, problems are common but may not be apparent at first. It is quite enjoyable just to be able to click “Buy it now” but your enthusiasm may be letting you in for some un-foreseen problems.

Here are just a few.

  1. When buying from a showroom 95% of our fireplaces are delivered to us buy the company that manufactured or imported them USING THEIR OWN DELIVERY VANNS, and the reason they do this is because these products are not easily transported by carriers, and the damage they may sustain is not apparent until you try to fit them.
  2. People often visit our showroom trying to buy parts for fireplaces that have been purchased on line
  3. Stove manufacturers are aware of problems incurred by customers buying on line to which end the following statement has been copied from a major stove catalogue "A Customer buying through the internet can have no redress via us and will be passed back through the chain if necessary."
